DuHaime spearheads the Sponsorship (including Endorsements) and the Publishing divisions of Big Records Ltd and is part of the Executive Team. She has worked in the Entertainment industry for the past 30 years as an Acting Agent and Coach, Label Director, Music Manager, Music Publishing, Composer, Community Choir Conductor and Music Director, Event Planner, as a Music Pedagogy Coordinator,  Actor and Voice Artist, Film and TV Director, Producer, Writer, Host and Podcaster. She has studied Music and Voice since the age of 7 and decided to pick up the Ukulele at the age of…well, let’s just say: 

You’re never too old to learn anything in life.

Her head base is located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Kanien’keha:ka (Mohawk), at a place called Tio’tia:ke (Montreal), a meeting place for many First Nations, including the Haudenosaunee (Six Nation Confederacy), Anishinabeg and Algonquin peoples where we recognize and respect the Kanien’keha:ka as the traditional stewards of the land and waters of Tio’tia:ke.

She meets with Artists on-line under the BigRecords.world umbrella as well as coordinating Partnerships with industry professionals and businesses wishing to collaborate alike. She brings ideas and marketing opportunities to the Executive Team; implementing them with the forever growing collaborators at Big Records.  She is also known as ‘The Facilitator’. 

My FOCUS is visibility, community and growth...Setting us apart from other groups is our need to set an example by surrounding ourselves with like minded people and growing together. We add value by educating our Artists and allowing them to discover their true authentic paths by sharing ideas and stemming confidence in their ability to grow as the Artists they choose to become in their journey today towards their ever evolving future. Of course, that is not to say there is not the individual work that is needed everyday on the technology side of the coin to ensure that the tools that the Artist needs to grow and prosper financially, are widely available. 

DuHaime, works diligently with the Artists and her In-House Collaborators to ensure that the information needed to submit Big Records Artists for Publishing, Sponsorship or Acting (through her Pax Management Branch) opportunities are fulfilled in a timely manner and submitted to the Producers or Music Supervisors by the requested deadline.

DuHaime also works alongside the HivedMusic.com Network and brings opportunity through The Hived and the Big Records channels in which she spearheads, allowing Sponsors to grow in the Shoptype.com Marketplace Forum and allowing Artists to prosper visibly and financially giving them greater opportunity and freedom to partner with all Sponsors and their Fans. Artists can also showcase their own products all the while informing their Fans of their updates, events and where to ‘Meet and Greet' them on their HivedMusic.com organizational page. 

On top of her collaborations at Big Records Ltd, she is known as ‘THE PRODUCER’ at the Bobby’s Short Shorts Productions Channel and has produced live podcasts such as Rob’s Inner Circle, Noon Hour ‘Out of the Box’ (BSS and Axisradio.ca), Seriously! LiVE and Le Cercle Vicieux à Bob). Currently she and her BBS team are spearheading the PILOT BOB DALLAS Franchise which includes series such as On the Fly with Pilot Bob, Pilots on the Fly featuring Pilot Bob Dallas and Capt. J. Hoss Cartwright including the personal information vlog by Pilot Bob himself.

She is the voice and creator of ‘Jenny’s Fun Facts’.  In her spare time, she sings with a 150 members Classical choir holding a desk as a Soprano1, where she also shares a seat on their board of members, and has competed in the 2021 Montreal Water Cube Cup semi-finals singing Beijing Opera in which she has been studying since September 2020.  She also plays the Co-Star character of Sall’ah in the Webseries that she also co-Produces, co-Directs and is co-Writer; DAILY STRUGGLES, now available through RiseUPTV (Previously on ROKU). She recently made an appearance as the large principal role of Melodie in the Short Film ‘A Tale of Two Mother's (Kate's Song - working title)’ under the Direction of Lydie Hwang Liu, and was the main Character in the Docu-drama ‘Fissure’ that won best short film in Switzerland’s Farel Awards. She even makes time, when she can find a spare or two, to watch her favourite Asian TV Drama Series.
