DUSTIN 'DUSTY' MARCUS (born Dustin Simpson) was born in Cape Town, South Africa and raised in Southern Ontario after immigrating to Canada as a young child in 1981. His early love for creative writing progressed to poetry while attending Junior High. These skills led Dusty to confirm his passion in writing for music and playing guitar, after jamming with a friend. His Grandfather helped Dusty develop his skills that drove him to excel and become the seasoned player he is today on guitar. 

My Grandfather taught me the basics of playing the acoustic guitar with just three chords; A, G and C. From that moment on I was hooked. – Dusty Marcus

Dusty Marcus is a Singer/Songwriter who has released 3 singles and  an album titled “A Long Time Ago”. He has recently joined the BIG RECORDS LABEL family and landed a role as a main character on the EASTERN CANADA RISEUP TV TOUR distributed through ROKUTV CHANNEL. In the studio, his son Josh (keys) along with his good friends and fellow musicians Garnet Bruce and John Craig accompany him while recording.
