This is the very first #worldwide radio release with BIG records. We know you are going to love the vibe that country singer songwriter Ronnie Call beings to his music.
Ronnie Call was born on January 11th 1974 in Mt. Clemmons, Michigan as Ronald James Call. Ronnie was relocated with his mother and father to the Smokey Mountains of North Carolina in 1979, where he attended school. At the age of 15 he moved out on his own, working two jobs and still continuing his education through Tuscola high school. Growing up, Ronnie came from a musically talented family of singers and musicians, his stepfather and and uncles bred a love of playing guitar into Ronnie, but it wasn't until later in his life he took a job at a dinner theatre, learning how to operate the sound and light system hat he took a serious interest in the music business and began doing shows on the side with a well known Elvis impressionist named Roger Perry who also worked at the theatre as a performer.
Soon, Ronnie was opening shows all across the states with Roger. Ronnie spent the next few years trying to make a name for his self while assisting Roger during his shows, eventually parting ways but maintaining their friendship to this day. Moving on, Ronnie partnered with another friend forming the duo Country Soul, together they became a small town name, and they performed on CMT's CAN YOU DUET? in 2009 and their segment aired on CMT, they also had a commercial air on GAC with an original jingle written by the duo. The partnership lasted just over a year before Ronnie struck out on his own to pursue his dream of recording and performing his original songs.
COMMUNITY - Ronnie loves using his talent to help the many causes he believes in, performing for Make-A-Wish Foundation, St. Judes Children's Hospital, Shriners, Relay For Life, The Susan G. Komen Foundation, Walk a Mile in Her Shoes, and many, many more. He is always working hard to give back to the community, his family and friends, Ronnie was awarded a community service award presented to him by Mayor Pat Smathers of Canton, N.C..
Ronnie has opened for super star Country Music artists like multi-platinum, gold selling artist and Grammy Award-winning Bryan White, Jeff Bates, James Otto, Leigh Nash of Six Spence None The Richer & many more.

May 25th - Gary Matheny - Back Where I Belong
This is the second radio release with BIG Records. "Solos Dos Gatos" made huge waves on the charts, and as a matter fact, the song still is.
Gary Matheny is a multi-talented songwriter from Cleveland, Tennessee with a fan base that encompasses the world. In 2020 he released his first album “Not Looking Back” and in 2022 he once again went into the studio to record his second album, “Renaissance Man.”
Gary’s music career began at the age of 12 years learning guitar from his best friend. After playing in a couple of garage bands he laid his music aside. In 2016, he again picked up his guitar and began writing and submitting his songs to various contests, publishers and utilizing social media to create a fan base. He and his music has been featured in numerous digital magazines, he has been the guest on several podcasts and the awards have been numerous. His style of music has crossed over from jazz, to country and southern rock genres.
He was awarded the Songwriter of the Year in 2022 (International Singer Songwriter Association) an international grouping with over 18k members.
He was the Most Promising Country Songwriter (North American Country Music Association Int’l 2022). His song Solo Dos Gatos won Best Song World Artist in 2021 and that same year Exit 10 received Best Modern Country Song, both World Songwriting Awards-to name a few.
Just recently in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee Gary was awarded two awards from the NACMAI. They included Rising Star Songwriter for "Not Everyone is Blessed" and Adult Holiday Songwriter of the year for "Christmas Long Ago".

May 26th - The Outsiders - I've Got A Heart, Too
This is the first worldwide radio release with BIG Records. We are so thrilled to be able to present to you The Outsiders. Some of you will be remembering them from days gone by, and we are thrilled they are back and bringing back the tunes that made them famous.
The year was 1965. In Cleveland, Ohio, a successful area rhythm and blues band called Tom King and The Starfires pooled their meager resources to record an original song composed by Tom King and his brother-in-law Chet Kelly. "Time Won't Let Me" was submitted to regional Capitol Records promotional people. With the record company behind them, Tom King and the Starfires were renamed The Outsiders, and "Time Won't Let Me" began to receive AM radio station airplay across the U.S. Gathering airplay and live performance momentum, The Outsiders, fronted by a young lead singer named Sonny Geraci, began making their reputation in pop music history.
"Time Won't Let Me" climbed to #5 on the Billboard record industry national charts. The Group's popularity led to television appearances on entertainment shows like Dick Clark's "Where The Action Is", "Hullabaloo", "Shindig", and local teen shows across the United States. Subsequent Outsiders releases also received radio airplay success on the National Charts. Their second single, "Girl In Love", reached #11.
"Respectable" reached #15, and "Help Me Girl" reached #21. Members changed in the original Outsiders lineup, and like so many groups of the era, the band slowly faded into Top 40 music history. That is... until now! The Outsiders, now fronted by original drummer Ricky Biagiola (Baker), and accompanied by some of Cleveland's best musicians. Members include keyboardist Rik Storm, bassist Rob Mitchell, and guitarist Jimmy Aschenbener. The Outsiders are BACK! Reproducing their classic radio hits, and new OUTSIDERS material!
